First Response Mobile Services and Training
First Response Mobile Services and Training has been delivering high-quality medical education, crisis support, and mental wellness services in Killeen, Texas and the greater Central Texas region since 2005. Located in Killeen, TX we are a community-focused training center and counseling practice providing CPR training, advanced medical training, veteran-centered counseling, mental health counseling, and hypnosis therapy. Our mission is to equip individuals, businesses, and health professionals with the practical skills, confidence, and resources they need to respond to emergencies, support one another through crises, and build lasting resilience. US Army disable Veteran owned.
Why our work matters
Every minute matters in a medical or mental emergency. A bystander who knows CPR or the right response to choking, cardiac arrest, or trauma can be the difference between life and death. Similarly, timely veteran-centered counseling and mental health services can interrupt cycles of worsening symptoms, prevent isolation, and rebuild supports for those who've served. Hypnosis therapy is an evidence-supported adjunct for treating anxiety, chronic pain, and habit change when applied by trained, ethical therapist. Our combination of hands-on skills training and person-centered mental health services fills a critical gap: we prepare people to act effectively in emergencies while helping community members heal and thrive long-term.
